A Hong Kong employer, for companies that are not one yet
Hong Kong EOR Services employs, incorporates and runs payroll in Hong Kong for companies based somewhere else. That is the whole business, and it is the only market we work in.

What we do
Three things. We act as Employer of Record for companies that want staff in Hong Kong without a Hong Kong company. We incorporate Hong Kong companies for the ones who decide they want one after all. And we run payroll for companies that already employ here and would rather someone else carried the MPF and IR56 deadlines.
Most clients arrive through the first door and, over a year or two, walk through the other two. The point of doing all three is that they never have to change who they are talking to.
How we work
Every client has a named account manager in Hong Kong who answers the phone. Every employee we engage has a Hong Kong employment contract with our own Hong Kong limited company — we do not subcontract employment to a partner. Every quote sets out the loaded monthly cost and the assumptions behind it before anyone signs.
We publish comparison guides that rank ourselves against competitors on stated criteria, disclose that we are doing so, and say where they beat us. If a competitor is the better fit, the guide should make that obvious.
What we believe about employing in Hong Kong
It should be simple, because it is
Hong Kong is a light-touch employer jurisdiction. A provider that makes it feel complicated is charging you for the complication.
Deadlines are the whole job
MPF by the 10th, wages within seven days, IR56E within three months, IR56F a month before a leaver goes. Get those right every month and almost nothing else goes wrong.
One employer, one point of accountability
If your employee has a problem, they should be able to name their employer, and it should be us.
Legal and tax information on this site is general and reflects our understanding of Hong Kong law as at the date shown on each page. It is not advice on your situation. Where a decision turns on it, take specific advice — from us under engagement, or from a Hong Kong solicitor or CPA.
